Conwy Harbour@Spring
If you’re in North Wales over the May Day Bank Holiday weekend, from the 2nd until the 4th May 2026, then you’re in for a real treat! Whether you’ve planned a long weekend of climbing in the Snowdonia National Park, have a caravan getaway booked in Anglesey, or are planning a day trip to Llandudno, there’ll be dozens of exciting stalls to browse at our location on Conwy Harbour. We’ll be open from 10am until 5pm each day of the event, and we’re located in one of the most picturesque locations in North Wales, right on the Conwy Harbour.
The town itself is an attraction for history buffs and daytrippers as it is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site thanks to its 13th-century castle with medieval walls around the town. From the harbour, you can get the most spectacular view of the castle towering high above the River Conwy, and you can also enjoy the many boats coming in and our of the marina under the suspension bridge.
You’ll be able to enjoy a stroll around the castle, and pay a visit to our marquee event with lots of stalls featuring interesting artisan products that make an excellent souvenir of your time in Wales, or exclusive handmade gifts for friends and family back home. After you’ve browsed our exhibitor stalls, you can stop off in the town for a coffee or dinner with a view of the estuary.
What else is there to do in the local area?
There’s so much to see and do in the Conwy area so you can always plan something around our event to keep you entertained, whether you have young children or want a day out with friends. Conwy Castle has 21 towers to explore and lots of rooms, plus you can walk along the length of the medieval walls, as well as exploring Plas Mawr, which is an Elizabethan townhouse with an authentic replica of the interior. Bodnant Garden is closeby too, which makes for a pleasant stroll on the May Day weekend, or you can visit the smallest house in Great Britain on the Quay.
What’s on offer?
You’ll experience a huge variety of stalls from innovative creators and designers when you come to the Cottage Industry Events at Conwy Harbour, packed with crafts, food and authentic handmade products. If you have a sweet tooth, you can check out the Fudge Factory with flavours like Banoffee or Chocolate Orange, and these are sold exclusively at our events. For more savoury palettes, why not pay a visit to Steve’s Cheese with flavourful artisan cheese and chutney selections. For gifts, we have exhibitors like Little Moment Melts with their wonderfully scented candles and delicately crafted pieces from Calina Jewellery.
