The long-established Nottinghamshire County Show offers a huge selection of stands, activities and events and really does have something for everyone. The show includes all of the traditional heritage aspects of farming and rural life that you’d expect, such as duck-herding, best-of-breed competitions as well as showcasing rural life 21st-century style with motor-cross stunt riding and state-of-the-art farm machinery. Artisan foods are amongst the tasty treats that await you in the Food Experience marquee, and if you need to work off some of those calories there’s even a Sports Zone!

New Forest Show

This is a fantastically different show with all things flora and fauna at its heart. Foodies will be able to see John Torode in action as the 2018 celebrity chef in residence and his demonstrations will be amongst the 12-hours of entertainment provided every day!

We’re back at the famous Harrogate Showground in October for Countryside Live in conjunction with the popular Channel 5 programme ‘The Yorkshire Vet’. Show presenters, Julian Norton and Peter Wright will be at the event and will present a special feature edition of the show from the main ring, which will be aired at a later date. Beverley Mistletoe Fair

Returning by popular demand! We introduced this event last year at the historic Beverley Racecourse and it proved a hit so we’re taking it back again to kick off Christmas in a grand style for 2018. The fair is set in rooms of the racecourse building with views over Beverley Westwood and the racecourse itself. Dozens of craft and gift stands selling beautiful and original items and the perfect something for your loved ones. There are Vintage tearooms to rest and replenish in ready for the next round of shopping mania, a Santa phone and post box facility for the children, and a free shuttlebus service between the event, Beverley centre and local transport links.

The Royal Welsh Winter Fair

Leading Stockmen and Women gather from all over the country to compete for top honours at this two-day event. The Royal Welsh Winter Fair, now in its 28th year, is one of the most popular attractions in the agricultural show calendar. It’s also a fantastic venue with loads of free parking! The event is also a great way to get ahead with your Christmas shopping with late night opening on the Monday night, followed by an amazing fireworks display.
